as someone whom painted some illo's for White Wolf Games, I love how the first image, years before photo-shop, does so much better than photo-shop. or than photo-shop CAN.
I remember thinking as a boy that although it has sod all to do with the look (or feel) of the movie it was still a fantastic image!
I concur, but at that such is part-and-parcel of 'the Neil Gaiman Experience', which led to the over-all 'Vertigo Experience' in comics. Though I prefer Coscarelli films to Vertigo Comics (r.i.p.), because at least Coscarelli COPPED to what he was doing, and never employed 'Emperoror's New Clothes Pseudo Intellectual Excuses' to cover his arse when he fell short, unlike half the stuff Karen Berger green lighted, due to her 'anglophile' thang ;)
The main thing I thank Vertigo for is giving us a comic character to name our son after! :)
lol, can't argue with that, mon ami. but since we share the same sense of humour (and thus i cannot understand why you 'get trolled'/flamed), and both have animated, I must give you a laugh (especially as my great grand-nan came from the Orkney Islands; no wonder I love The Wicker Man so much!), in the manner folks like us love best, and since I love the Bod-toons of yours so mightily. :)

lol, especially the smoking thing (i used to smoke 20-25 a day, 12 mg). Meanwhile, I'm watching Dawn of the Bod (again) & laughing my arse off! I love the Dario Argento joke at the opening, btw; I hope other ppl caught that one! and 'greyscale muthafucka's in their fancy houses' is equally hilarious/and equal 'fuck-you' to neo-Thatcherism. SO WELL DONE. You should submit it to SBS tv, here in Oz.
There was an entire slew of Bod-based movies I completed for a cult movie/teevee pre-club I used to run.....unfortunately many are now lost but there are copies knocking about on VHS somewhere so hopefully one day they'll be unleashed! :) A Bodwork Orange was a personal favourite. I may just take you up on the SBS tv thing....i reckon the world is ready for it!
